Jayna Steel India’s management team is comprised of highly-skilled & experienced individuals with profound 15+years of knowledge and expertise in engineering product’s Manufacturing and Marketing.

The R&D team produces kitchenware, homeware, barware , promotional products for both design aesthetics, and functional use. With a professional in-house team of 10 experienced engineers responsible for product design and mold development - the department uses the latest technology, research, and market information for concept design and development.

The development processes is divided into four stages: concept, planning, development, and manufacturing. Project Managers are assigned to track and control the smooth running of production process, with a turnaround time of 30 to 60 days for a new product to release.
